YO!Buddies,i am back!Today i am going to talk about Eating Healthy.Eating healthy is important because you will get diseases like diabetes.Healthy food like rice,bread and vegetables contains iron and protein.We need energy in our everyday life.like walking working studies computer television etc etc.We must eat at least 2 servings of fruits and vegetables(don't ask me about how much is a serving, i don't know).
Over Eating:Many children like me love junk food like hamburgers, potatos chips and sweets etc but if we can control what we eat,it is okay to eat junk food.
Eating too less:Many girls in our class is quite small and thin and i think they are eating too less.We should not eat too less because if we do not get nutrition,we will ''black out''easily.
Eating just right:Congrats if you are among these people,eating just right,2 servings of fruits and vegetables.I bet that you are quite fit and is good in sports.
If there is no junk food in the world,no one in this world,i think, will be over weight.
